Computer Concepts USA provides manuals for use during and after class as an excellent refference tool.

We offer three types of classes:

Full Day

This day is a 7 hour training day.  The instructor uses a manual as a guide for the day of training.  The students also have time to practice the material that is presented.

Half Day

This day is a 3 or 3.5 hour training day.  The instructor either uses a manual or quick refence guide for training.  Students may not practice every skill learned during this time period.  Many of tips and tricks classes use this time frame.

Custom

We can also provide custom training on speicific topics from one or more products that meet your specfic timing needs.

Webinar

Any time Any where training.  We provide training over the internet.  This type of training enables employees to virtually attend a live, instructor-led session from the convenience of their office or remote location.
